Carriere® Motion 3D Appliance

The Carriere Motion 3D Class II Appliance is a state-of-the-art system that rapidly corrects dental overbites without the use of headgear. The Motion 3D Appliance is gentle, effective, and fast, shortening treatment time by up to 9 months. Unlike headgear, the Motion 3D Appliance is comfortable and unobtrusive. 

If you opt for treatment with the Motion 3D Appliance, Dr. Wong will place it before you start treatment with braces or aligners. Think of the Motion 3D Appliance as a way to jump start your orthodontic treatment—once your overbite is corrected, you can expect to spend less time in braces or aligners. The appliance is attached to your first molars and canines and rubber bands are used to connect your upper jaw and lower jaw to correct your overbite.

You can brush and floss as normal with the Motion 3D Appliance—there are no special tools needed to keep it clean.
