So many adults have spent their whole lives wishing for a beautiful smile. With Invisalign, you can finally achieve the smile you’ve always wanted without the hassle of traditional metal braces. Invisalign takes a modern approach to straightening teeth, using clear plastic aligners rather than brackets and wires.

Dr. Wong uses 3D technology to design a series of custom-made clear plastic aligners that address your orthodontic concerns. Your teeth will gradually move into their new positions over time. Invisalign aligners are discreet, comfortable, and convenient, but best of all, they can be just as effective as traditional braces. With Invisalign, you can have it all.

As an orthodontist, Dr. Wong has special training into the needs of adults with more complicated cases—lack of growth and years of wear and trauma may necessitate an Interdisciplinary treatment plan. Dr. Wong will collaborate with other skilled dental specialists to restore your teeth to their optimal form and function.

Our adult patients choose Invisalign for the following reasons:

  • Virtually Invisible

Your coworkers, friends, and classmates won’t even know you’re transforming your smile because Invisalign is made with thin, clear plastic.

  • Comfortable and Convenient

Your Invisalign aligners are thin and smooth, making them comfortable to wear. When it’s time to eat or floss, simply remove your aligners and put them back in when you’re done.

  • Expedited Treatment

When you wear your aligners for close to 24 hours a day and exercise your aligners with Chewies, you’ll be able to change them more frequently, which can mean faster results compared to braces. In addition, if you are willing to use Acceledent (an orthodontic device with patented SoftPulse Technology) you can decrease treatment time by up to 50%

  • Effective Treatment, Proven Results

With its 3D technology, SmartTrack material, and SmartForce features, Invisalign moves teeth predictably and efficiently. Invisalign aligners are a proven treatment for crossbites, crowding, open bites, gapped teeth, overbites, and underbites.

Frequently Asked Questions About Invisalign

How much does it cost for Invisalign?

Invisalign costs range between $3000 and $7200. The exact price depends not only on the number of aligners you need but the complexity of the case.

Which is better, braces or Invisalign?

Every patient is different, but both braces and Invisalign are effective treatment options for straightening teeth and correcting bites. At your consultation, Dr. Wong will help you decide which solution is right for you by taking into account your orthodontic case, your preferences, and your lifestyle.

How long does it take to straighten teeth with Invisalign?

The amount of time it takes to straighten teeth with Invisalign depends on the severity of your orthodontic case. Some patients who need only minor corrections may see results in as little as 3 months, while others may need up to two years of treatment. After taking records and developing a ClinCheck treatment plan, we can provide you with an estimate of how long treatment will take.

How painful is Invisalign?

Patients rarely describe Invisalign as painful, although most would describe it as uncomfortable at times. When you begin Invisalign treatment, you are likely to experience some discomfort for a few days as your teeth get used to the constant pressure of your aligners. Then, when you switch to a new set of aligners, you will probably have a feeling of tightness for a day or two. This is nothing to be concerned about—it simply means your aligners are doing the job of moving your teeth.

What is the shortest Invisalign treatment?

If you see dentists boasting of Invisalign treatment that takes only a few months, be wary—moving teeth too fast is NOT recommended. That said, if you wear your aligners close to 24 hours a day, only taking them out to eat, brush, and floss, you may be able to switch them out every week instead of every two weeks, expediting your treatment time. We’ll let you know if this is an option for you.
